Jalupro® is a skin booster injection containing hyaluronic and amino acids. It stimulates fibroblasts in the skin for producing collagen and elastin to restore skin firmness. Jalupro® is a fantastic choice if you want to improve skin texture, brighten the skin and minimise the evidence of wrinkles and fine lines.

There are two primary Jalupro® products we specialise in: collagen and HMW. While Classic is better suited for a younger person exhibiting the first signs of ageing, HMW is apt for treating aged skin that requires more moisture for treating deeper fine lines and scars. Jalupro® HMW collagen booster uses a combination of sodium hyaluronate of inorganic origin and vital amino acids to restore the normal metabolic processes of the skin cells and improve their bioactivity.

You can use Jalupro® products in a number of areas, including the face, neck, underarms, decollete, hands, abdomen, knees, inner thighs, and hands.

The Jalupro® collagen booster treatment involves three sessions spaced ten days apart. On the other hand, Jalupro® HMW requires two sessions 20 days apart.

You will start noticing an improvement in your appearance within two weeks after your first session.

This skin booster injection is a blend of hyaluronic acids, amino acids and a minor dose of botulinum toxin. Jalutox is used for treating forehead wrinkles, bunny lines, gummy smiles, dimpled chin, smoker’s lines, neck rings, and crows feet.

It’s recommended to opt for four sessions spaced two weeks apart. However, that varies from person to person. It’s best to speak to your aesthetic specialist to understand the exact course of treatment.

You might feel some mild discomfort due to the nature of this being an injectable treatment. We use a numbing cream to help you with pain management.

Some patients may notice mild swelling, redness, bruising or soreness after receiving a skin booster injection. However, this is temporary and subsides within a week’s time. Maya Aesthetics takes all necessary precautions to ensure the treatment is administered correctly so that it doesn’t result in more severe complications, such as allergic reactions or infections.

Yes! Both products are CE approved and work by utilising naturally occurring components — hyaluronic acid and amino acids — found in the body.

We will decide if we are to proceed with the treatment only after discussing your detailed medical history and assessing your needs and expectations from skin boosters. The procedure is not advised for those who are currently taking certain medicines, particularly drugs that affect the immune system. Skin boosters cannot be used in pregnant or breastfeeding women. The treatment is not recommended if you suffer from any skin infection in or near the treatment area or are unwell (even having a cold counts here). It is not suitable for patients with bleeding or scarring problems.

The results of PRP can be seen within 2-3 months post treatment. Depending on the extent of hair loss, we recommend a course of three sessions, spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
